SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These conditions of sale (hereinafter only "Terms") govern the sale of products sold on www.maximabags.com .All products purchase contracts concluded through the site www.maximabags.com and according to the procedures here described, between the seller and the customer will be governed by these Terms. All published prices include VAT.
SALES TERMS ACCEPTANCE
The contract between Maxima srl and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by Maxima srl, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. The acceptance is automatic, unless otherwise communicated to the client. By placing an order in the manner provided, you represent that you have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and accept the general conditions and payments terms transcribed below. If the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his profession), once the online purchase procedure, will print or save an electronic copy, but keep, the present general conditions of sale, subject to the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999 on distance selling. It excludes any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, and any contract or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or property, caused by the rejection, even partial, of an order.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The sales contract between the customer and Maxima Srl is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian laws. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this sale contract, if the customer is a consumer, the local jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his town of residence; in all other cases, the local jurisdiction is the only forum in Milan.
