Product Return

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return request. The return is your right and will always be accepted if you follow the steps below.

  • You can make only one return request per order.
  • Returns of incomplete, damaged, or accessory-deprived products will not be accepted.
  • If the return is successful, we will only refund the value of the returned product without shipping costs.
  • Shipping expenses for the return and the initial order are always the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns returned with a procedure different from the one indicated by us will not be accepted.


Write an email to the address indicating the order number and the model of the bag to be returned. Also, if possible, provide the reason for the return. The return will always be accepted within the 14 days from the receipt of the goods, regardless of the given reason.

You will receive a response from us confirming the procedure and the steps to follow.


  • Carefully prepare the package to be returned, being careful not to damage the product.
  • Proceed to ship the package independently to the following address:

  • Once we receive the package and verify the integrity of the contents, we will refund the value of the returned product within 5 working days through the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the returned product is not intact, damaged, or lacks connected accessories, the return will not be accepted. In this case, the merchandise will be returned to the customer at their expense for transportation or kept at their disposal for pickup.
  • Note: The amount paid for the initial purchase transportation will not be refunded under any circumstances.
